Baby Souljas ("we," "us," or "our") operates babysouljas.com and the Baby Souljas merch store. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We collect information you give us directly. This includes registration details submitted through our join and roster forms, such as a player's name, age or birth date, and a parent or guardian's name and contact information. It includes messages you send through our contact form. When you buy merchandise, our payment processor collects the payment and shipping details needed to complete your order. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Payment card information is handled directly by Stripe, our payment processor.
How we use your information
We use the information to register and roster players, communicate with families about the team, respond to your messages, process and ship merchandise orders, and keep the site secure and working properly.
How we share your information
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the team and the store, and only as needed for them to do that work. These include Stripe for payment processing, Printful for producing and shipping merchandise, and the platform that hosts our website and its backend. We may also share information if required by law or to protect the safety of our players and families.
Children's privacy
Registrations and roster entries are completed by a parent or guardian, not by children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child provided us information directly, contact us at info@babysouljas.com and we will delete it.
Cookies
Our site and our payment processor may use cookies to keep the site functioning and to complete checkout. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect how the site works.
Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. Our submission forms are configured so that the data cannot be publicly read, and administrative access is restricted to authorized team accounts. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
