• Represent the Baby Souljas brand with professionalism on and off the field.
• Coach the whole athlete. Football knowledge is important, and so is the ability to teach, mentor, and lead young men with patience and care.
• Support the long term vision of Baby Souljas. Every decision should strengthen the program for the athletes and families we serve today and the ones who will come after them.
• Communicate openly and respectfully with families, fellow staff members, and leadership.
• Follow through on your commitments and take pride in the role you accepted.
• Model the discipline, effort, and character we ask of our athletes.
• Help protect the culture we are building by holding our standards with consistency and kindness.

How Souljas families show up for the program.

• Respect the program standards and the coaching decisions made on behalf of your athlete.
• Use our open door policy. Concerns are always welcome, and we ask that they be brought directly to leadership at the appropriate time and setting.
• Carry yourself in a way that reflects positively on your athlete, our program, and the Souljas name. This includes the sideline, the stands, social media, and every interaction with other families.
• Show up prepared and on time for practices, games, meetings, fundraisers, and team events.
• Support the fundraising, volunteer, and team commitments that keep our program running strong.
• Reinforce at home the discipline, accountability, and effort our coaches build on the field.
• Help protect the culture by leading with positivity and supporting the unity of the entire program.

• Everything is earned, not given. Playing time, positions, and respect are all built through the work you put in.
• If you want to be great, be willing to pay the price. Show up, work hard, and give your best every time.
• Bring discipline, hard work, and effort to every practice, every game, and every rep.
• Respect your coaches, your teammates, your parents, and your opponents.
• Represent the Souljas name with pride on the field, in the classroom, and in your community.
• Be coachable. Listen, learn, and apply what your coaches are teaching you.
