About this site
This site serves the Baby Souljas 8U football program and offers team information, registration, and merchandise.
Orders and payment
When you place a merchandise order, you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable shipping and tax. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order, for example if an item is out of stock or if we suspect an error or fraud. If we cancel your order, we will refund any payment for it.
Shipping and fulfillment
Merchandise is produced and shipped through our fulfillment provider, Printful. Production and delivery times vary by item and destination. Estimated timeframes are not guaranteed.
Returns and refunds
Because items are produced to order, we accept returns or replacements only for products that arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective, or for packages lost in transit. To request one, email info@babysouljas.com within 30 days of receiving your product, or for a lost package within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, with your order details and a photo of the issue where applicable. We do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse or for the wrong size chosen at checkout, so please review sizing before ordering.
Intellectual property
The Baby Souljas name, logo, tagline, and all site content are our property. You may not copy, reproduce, or sell them without our written permission.
Accuracy of information you submit
You agree that the information you provide through our forms and at checkout is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it, including on behalf of a minor in your care.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or store. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
