RJ Earns Trench Dawg of the Week Honors

The Baby Souljas are recognizing RJ as this week’s Trench Dawg of the Week, and for the coaching staff, the honor comes as no surprise.

Although this is RJ’s first season with the Baby Souljas, his coaches have already seen the potential he brings to the team. His work ethic, physical play, and willingness to continue learning have given the coaching staff an early look at the type of athlete and teammate he can become.

More importantly, RJ is beginning to see it for himself.

As he continues settling into the team, he is learning that leadership is built through consistency, effort, accountability, and the way an athlete responds when his team needs him. Those lessons are already beginning to take shape on the field.

Receiving Trench Dawg of the Week is an early milestone in what his coaches believe can become a much bigger journey for RJ. The expectation now is simple: continue working, continue growing, and continue building on the foundation he has already started.

RJ may be new to the Baby Souljas, but his first season is already giving him a glimpse of what his future can look like when talent is matched with hard work and leadership.
